Great Pay Period!! What we notice from the numbers is consistency. Those working the business are extremely consistent with their business. And those who chose to only use products are back on track with their product usage. Lot's of people in the downline ordering $300-$500. I believe folks hit their current pin levels last period, not due to anyone putting in huge numbers, but because of product users and consistent business builders doing their minimum $1,000. That is a great thing!!
But, what if only 1 person on your team caught themselves on Fire!! What if you had a person going for a Rookie Bonus or a New Pin?
That's what this period is all about: Taking your teams thinking to a new level!!!! How many people can you get to Silver Pin over the next 90 days? How many bonus earners will you have helped? Those are the question serious business builders are asking themselves. They have put people into the pipeline, now it's time to take their thinking to the next level. Have you identified the top 3 people that have momentum to go for a bonus? Ask them to sit down with you and put a plan together for them. Have you identified 3 people that could move pin levels? Ask them to sit down with you and put a plan together.
A 90 day plan, what is it? Well that's what folks are using in Ohio to go from Silver ($12,000) to EMERALD ($184,000). That's what is putting serious income in people's pockets. That's what took Snow White from Silver to 3 Star Gold. Now going from 3 Star Gold ($40,000) to 6 Star Ruby ($93,000). You need to put on paper and identify these items:
1. How many mixers will you do per week, 1 - 4 NOT IN YOUR HOME, IN THE HOMES OF NEW DISTRIBUTORS!!
2. How many conference call mixers will you do a week 1 - 2
3. How many 2 on 1's, 3 way phone calls will you do per week 5 - 10
4. How many people will you help move pin levels 3 - 6
5. How many people do you have going to Success School
